Covid -19

It is with a very heavy heart and everyone’s safety in mind, that we have had to make the decision to cancel this year’s Beer & Cider Festival.

Unfortunately, the situation with Covid-19 has not improved enough for us to continue with the event.

We would like to extend our apologies to Children’s Hospice South West who were our nominated charity this year. If you would still like to make a donation to Children’s Hospice South West then please follow the link below.

We look forward to seeing you all again next year for an even bigger and better Nailsea & Backwell Beer & Cider Festival.

Stay Safe & Stay Alert.

The N&B Beer & Cider Festival Health & Safety Notice

It is fantastic that you and your friends and families have come along to join in all the fun and entertainment and of course to sample the beers and ciders.

We want you to fully enjoy yourselves and have a great and memorable time.

We are very proud of our health and safety record and have worked hard, with North Somerset Council, to ensure the safety of everyone who attends.

Your safety is our primary concern, while you are our guests.  It would be awful if someone was to be injured whilst at the festival.

We cannot deliver a safe event without your help and cooperation, so I would appreciate if you could act in a responsible manner, during the time you are here, and also while coming to, and leaving the site.

As with everything, there are rules and regulations that we are required to implement.  Please abide by these and we will all have an enjoyable weekend with no incident or injury.

We operate a strict 'No Illegal Drug' policy.

This includes so called 'Legal Highs' Do not bring, or take, smoke or inhale any of these please.

Any persons not adhering to this policy will be removed from the site.

Trained first aid personnel and treatment centres are available. These are signposted

In the unlikely event we have to evacuate the site, please follow the directions over the PA system and or Stewards.  They will direct you to safety.

Please act and drink responsibly, and we will all meet again in a years time.
